The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons requires anyone who wishes to get their Real Estate Salesperson License, to attend the 40-Hour Salesperson License course at an approved school, before you can take the state exam for the license.
We offer the 40-Hour Salesperson License class in Peabody, at the Holiday Inn. The class is taught by a live instructor not a video tape. The 4-Day class is given over 2 weekends on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 7pm. There are breaks throughout the day and one hour for lunch. The price for the January class is only $299.00. The book is included in the price of the class, however you should bring a notebook, pens, high-lighter and a calculator. After you finish the class, you should be prepared to continue to study until you take the exam. After you complete the class, you will be given the Candidates Handbook which will allow you to schedule your exam with the testing service. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you will be allowed to attend the next class at no additional charge. The exam fee is $101.00 at this time. Upon passing the exam, your license will be issued right at the testing center and the cost for the license is $103.00 +/- (prorated to your birthday). I hope to see you in class soon and...
