Class Schedule Register
The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons requires anyone who wishes to get a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License, to complete the 24 hour salesperson course at an approved school, before you can take the state licensing exam. The price of the class is only $185.00. The price of the class includes the study books, however you should bring a notebook, high-lighter, pens and a calculator. After you complete the class, you will be given the Candidates Handbook which will allow you to schedule your exam. Please be advised that many students find the exam to be difficult so you should be prepared to do right amount of studying before you take the exam. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you will be allowed to repeat the class at no additional charge.
