Massachusetts now allows Brokers and Salespersons to complete the 12 hour Continuing Education Online.
At this time you cannot do the Salesperson License class online.
All of our 2 hour courses are professionally written and easy to understand. Each individual course will take 2 hours to complete. You have 180 days to complete your course. You do not have to complete any 2 hour course in one sitting. Once you start a course, you will have the ability to leave and return to the same point where you left off. When you complete a 2 hour course, you will be able to print your "Completion Certificate". Please click the link above to go for Online Classroom. Rules and Reglations
1. Attestation
As part of each course, you will be required to attest, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you have solely completed the course. It is the policy of this school to withdraw any certification given if the student did not solely complete the course. No refund will be given if certification is withdrawn. In other words, you cannot put peanut butter on the enter key and have your dog sit there and take the class for you. You are expected to complete the course, in its entirety, in a professional manner.
2. Refunds
Once you purchase a single course or a package of courses, you will have 180 days to complete them. If you purchase a course or package of courses, but do not start it, you may be issued a full refund, provided you notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. If you purchase a package of courses (2 or more) but do not complete the entire package, a partial refund may be issued on the courses not started, provided you notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Please note that Certificates will not be issued for partial completion of a course. 5. Technology Requirements
Please use Internet Explorer or Firefox to access the Online site. Note to AOL users: You must use Internet Explorer when launching our courses; AOL is not supported. If you continue to use the unsupported AOL browser, you may not get credit for the work that you do. To install the latest version of Internet Explorer, click here. Important: Do not download the AOL versions of Netscape or Internet Explorer available from the AOL website as these are modified versions that do not work well with our Online courses.
