Hey Bill, Thanks for making your mass real estate classes so enjoyable. I think you have a winning set up there. I don’t think I would change too much. As I had told you I had to get up at 3 am to bring my son to the airport and then sit in your class for 12 hours. Well you were able to keep me interested and involved the whole time. So I think you did a great job and it is good to go over some of the older things and to bring in new changes.

Hi Bill, I have to take a minute to let you know what a great job John did. You know most of us Realtors do not look forward to going to these 12 hour mass real estate classes but with someone like John it was painless. He kept us laughing with his stories and who dosen't like a good story! It never fails, I always learn something new in your class and I must add how comfortable the class room was and the dining area was just lovely plus having the courtyard was a plus because it was great to be able to get some fresh air or even eat out doors. Between the comfort of the Marriott Courtyard and John for an instructor it was quite enjoyable and I look forward to the next 12 hours.

Hi Bill, I know your sending a feedback form, BUT, I have to say, I attend alot of training classes in RE and in my 'other life' and this by FAR was a GREAT day of learning. I always see the course ciriculum on CE's and think "oh, not AGAIN!" But I learned alot today that I didn't think I would (I'm a know it all? lol). And after all was said and done, I realized how you truly did pull it all together at the end. I will be SURE to recommend you to all my Realtor Associates and friends! Thanks again for an enjoyable day that went by WAY too fast! (Not one of those watching the clock days for sure!) I could've sat for another couple hours and NOT noticed!

Dear Bill, Thank you ! ....If you where the model for teachers, Kids would want to stay in school till 5 PM and there wouldn't be any absentee's. I feel I have gotten the most out of any real estate class I have EVER attended. Well let me restate, I have gotten more out your class than any class I have ever taken. Your presentation is awesome and your knowledge is superior. Your sense of humor and your style of teaching allowed me to ascertain the knowledge that you shared in a way that I will never forget. Bill, I must say that, after spending a lifetime in careers which require classroom/seminar style attendance, yours is the one where I "check the time" the least. There's no clock on the wall, appointed timekeeper who might provide a reference or, in point of fact, chronologically dictated syllabus. Time becomes a non-issue. Although you are an obvious wealth of knowledge in the industry and, to some extent, the peripheral ones which intertwine themselves by default, your true value to society is going untapped (as far as I am aware). Yeah, sure, stand-up is the easy one - what a better way to go through life than laughing. If money was your master, I would suggest showing people how to give seminars in [any field] - content is the easy part, delivery is the key.

William, It is difficult for me to pay attention to anything for more than 45 minutes. That being said the specter of 12 hours is something quite daunting to me. During your introduction of rules and regulation of the day's syllabus I did contemplate suicide. Very much to my surprise I was quite amused by your photographic memory and intense sense of humor.

Good morning, Bill, and thank you for another informative and very fun day! While I do not sell real estate, I enjoy keeping my license active mostly because I get to do biennial continuing education with The Hat Guy! The value goes beyond real estate. Anyone can find several useful tidbits in this class and I continue to recommend it to my non-real estate friends. They wonder why, but they have not yet attended, so I have a leg up on several practical ideas just from your class. Yesterday was my fifth CE class with you over the course of ten years. More importantly, what you teach sticks with me, Bill. That is because you are 1) among the best teachers I have ever enjoyed 2) funny so the day zips by and 3) up to date. I always find that over the previous two years since my last CE, you have so much new stuff to tell me. Laws change rapidly, but Bill keeps me in the know. Hello Bill, As always your class went fast and was very enjoyable! &&& I actually learn a bunch of stuff!! In the past I have taken split class 6hrs one day and 6 the next because I thought the 12 hr would be way too long, but you give enough breaks to check phone messages, and take a p break, and it worked out great! Bill, I haven’t been feeling well and have not been sleeping, and I walked in this morning wondering how I might stay awake and otherwise survive the long day. Yet, I somehow made it through, stayed focused and interested to the point of maybe even participating too much, learned some new things, remembered some "old" things, and otherwise came away feeling refreshedI I’ve taken your class a few times now, and it’s been great every time. We may all be getting older, but I’ll say that I don’t’ think you’ve lost a step! By the way, if you ever want to come all the way down to Deluxbury (no longer Delubury if you look at what our median home sale prices are down to) and talk to our office for 20 minutes about continuing education during one of our Friday morning office meetings, we would all benefit from it and you would also likely pick up some new recruits.

Dear Bill, As always your class is informative, updating and fun. The day just flew by. After taking your CE class for a number of years now, I can not recommend any other class to my agents. I, personally, wouldn’t even entertain the thought of going elsewhere for my CEUs. Most, if not all, my agents attend your class for their Continuing Education, exclusively. I especially liked the useful, helpful and interesting websites that you provided with much discussion associated with them. Hi Bill: Your welcome. Your class was great! Your teaching style is awesome -- better than a text book. Your creative approach is unique and like a breath of fresh air! I can't tell you the countless number of lectures I've attended where the moderator or class proctor spoke in a monotone voice with very little class participation. The manner in which you taught the class was excellent, as you made the learning process fun and one to remember. If more teachers were like you, we would have more "A" students in America's classrooms. Knowledge is retained when learning is fun. What you should be doing when your not teaching real estate is teaching "teachers" how to teach!

Thank you for making a 12 hour marathon session move along while packing it with facts and entertaining us to boot.
