Hi Bill, Pat and I want to thank you for a very enlightening day this past Thursday, at the Holiday Inn, for the Real Estate Continuing Ed class. Wow, you are a ball of fire, a walking encyclopedia, a current event guru, a realist, an entertainer, a teacher, and a total nut, who held our attention for the entire day! We totally enjoyed your class and would take it again in a New York Minute. You held our interest, peaked our interest and created more interest in everything you taught. You woke us up to what is going on in the entire world. You are like a walking, human Wall Street Journal. We will definitely be back for more classes. Bill, Thank you for a great class. This 12 hour class was simply the best continuing education experience I have ever had. Bill, Thank you for making a truly long day exciting and enjoyable. I was at the hospital until 1:00 O'clock in the morning with a family member. I thought OMG how am I going to make it thru this long boring day. I pushed myself to go and have a family member take care of all my children's needs. I felt your day went by so fast. I have a tough time with attention especially when I have so much to do, but I was completely absorbing all the information you provided to us. Thank you Bill for taking the time to write and for teaching the 3 December class. I am mostly impressed with your marvelous memory. I have taken memory courses and I am aware of methods that can be used to improve memory. I've been in the company of people who have worked on their memory but have never met your equal. You must have been blessed with a special gift and not a bad talent for humor as well. The class seemed to fly by and of course I loved the periodic breaks. Hi Bill,As always your class is interesting. You are so very knowledgeable about the market, financing and the most up-to-date changes in the Real Estate Market. I always learn something new even after 27 yrs. It is also very much appreciated that you make your classes fun for all which means the time passes quickly and no one has a chance to fall asleep as you are always asking for participation from the agents in class. Hello Bill, Your CE class was wonderful exactly what I was hoping for! Hi Bill, I attended your class at the Peabody Holiday Inn yesterday. It was really interesting listening to you. You were very informative and I learned quite a bit. Your comments on the state of the economy were a little depressing and a lot of what you said sounds like my mother (a former realtor and now active day trader). She also told me to get a gun, get into cash, and buy gold. I hope you two are wrong. Also, I hope you are serious about the Continuing Education cruise when they go to 20 hours, so count me in. Hi Bill, I'm really torn about yesterday's class. I don't think I've ever spent a more interesting 12 hours, which went by so fast. And that's the problem - the time went by so fast - we are not supposed to be wishing our life away!! I hate to be the one to say this, but you're going to have to become boring and provide less stimulating information, in order to slow life down a bit :)

HI Bill, I took your class on July 5th to satisfy the CE requirement necessary to renew my broker’s license. I have attended your class every two years for the last ten or twelve years and I wouldn’t think of going to any other school.I always find your class full of new and up to date information and you engage everyone in the class with your presentation.
