Hi Bill, I have been to many various training events in the past. I always found them to get boring in one way or another sometime within the course of the day. I usually lost interest and had difficulty paying attention to the material at some point. Even the short two to four hour classes made me want to be somewhere else. None of them were over an eight hour day. Your course kept me involved and interested the entire twelve hours. You deserve a medal for keeping the class interested for such a long day. I would urge anyone doing a continuing education course to take yours. I would do it again just for the educational knowledge if it were not a requirement to keep my broker’s license active.

Bill: Thanks for making my third in a row CE class bearable. Even though I have not as of yet practiced the fine art of real estate sales, I like to keep my license current. And the only way I can do this is to attend your class. I am a district manager for a propane company and have the dubious opportunity of attending many meetings, and training sessions. I am usually nodding off after about 2 or 3 hours, but I have never had that experience during one of your classes. I appreciate your knowledge, energy, and ability to entertain a large group of people. Two years ago as the late stragglers were arriving you gave them the choice of attending your class or one down the hall for $10.00 less. I felt bad for the cheapskates who chose the other class, as during a break I walked past the other class that was being taught by a guy sitting at the table droning on about god knows what. What an interesting teaching style you have. I think there is a comedian in you just screaming to get out. Your delivery was great and your timing was perfect. Oh yeah, and I even learned something about Real Estate and the laws governing it. Seriously, though, you made it interesting and thought provoking. The chocolate doesn’t hurt either. Whenever you have to do anything for 12 hours at a time, it is difficult, but I do have to say that the time passed a lot quicker than I thought it would. The several day approach with a school that was close to where I used to live (will not mention names) was so boring. I took every ounce of effort I had to keep myself awake and not “nod off”. You supplied us with pertinent information, kept us awake, and made it fun. I have a teaching background, so I have seen good teachers and bad teachers. You definitely fall into the category of GREAT teacher!

Well, I have to say that I had a great time in class! How often do you hear that, in regards to a mandatory requirement? I had received three or four flyers advertising classes for license renewal, and you know how I chose yours? No it wasn't, the cheaper rate, it was because I recognized your nick name and remember you making the class fun! Thanks for taking something that most people (including myself) dread and making it fully enjoyable, as well as educating. I am a teacher, I know it is a hard thing to do. As always, I enjoyed your class very much. I think this was the fourth or fifth time I have had you as an instructor and there is no doubt you are the best. The class flys by and even thought the subjects covered have been more or less the same, the laws and rules change. Once again your lesson on agency was extremely informative. You welcomed all questions...............also, the fact that if a question was asked that you were going to cover later in the presentation, rather than addressing it fully at the time, and diverting from the subject at hand, you advised you would cover it later in the program..............and when the subject came up later on you always when discussing directed your glance to the person who proposed the question earlier. That is certainly not true of yours. I lead graduate level taxation seminars to accountants with little appreciation for Monty Python, although I will say they are not without quirky humor. Just wanted to give some positive feedback regarding the Continuing Ed Class I attended yesterday, June 10, at the The Holiday Inn in Mansfield. I think it was well-organized, well-run, and, as always, informative. For the past few years I, and an associate of mine, always watch out for the classes that are being taught by you. I'm sure everyone in the classroom was appreciative of your knowledge of the coursework, your attention to detail, and all the "tidbits" you offer. I cannot imagine how grueling it must be for you to stand up for all those hours.

Great Class, as usual. Wouldn’t go to anyone else for my CEUs. I tell all my agents (20+) they can’t go to anyone but YOU! We post your schedule in the office, no one else’s. I have been attending your classes for years, could it be at least 10? I’ve had my license since 1993. The day flew by and we all learned a lot. Anne and I brought back the info from your class and discussed several of your stats and updates at our office meeting this morning. Everyone stops to listen to what “Bill Morgan” has to say. We shared your “LINKS” page with them as well as your web site with all the COOL STUFF.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Bill Morgan as one of the finest real estate instructors found anywhere. I met Bill 20 years ago when I enrolled in his Broker’s Licensing Class. It was several long days of powerful information. Bill engaged the class in rapid fire question and answer periods designed to get the class thinking. It was fun and an immediate “eye-opener” to common errors made during the practice of everyday real estate. Not only did Bill teach us the legal and ethic requirements of the job, but he showed us how even the smallest of unintentional nuances could change any situation. Several years later, I had the good fortune of working in the same office as Bill. It was during the last recession and Bill had the “lock” on the foreclosure market. Large and small lenders called upon Bill’s expertise to sell their foreclosed and distressed properties. I can say that Bill Morgan has more knowledge than any other person (including attorneys) that I have ever met in the real estate arena. Not only was I fortunate to have taken his Broker’s Class, but I have signed up every two years to continue my education with him. I highly recommend him as the best and only instructor to learn from. Not only will Bill’s classes teach you things you never knew, but he will highlight common (yet erroneous) practices of everyday real estate. This class will save your skin!
