***New Massachusetts Real Estate Classes License Law ***
***Goes Into Effect June 1, 2011***
Effective June 1, 2011 anyone wishing to take the Mass Real Estate Classes to get their Salesperson License, will be required to attend 40 hours of classroom instruction before they will be allowed to take the Mass Real Estate License Exam. At the current time, the requirement is only a 24 classroom hours. If you are thinking about taking the Mass Real Estate Classes to get you Real Estate Salesperson's License, now would be a good time to complete the course before the hours increase!
