Every four years you have to take 2.5 hours of Ethics Training to keep your Realtor status. This course is available for FREE, that's right for FREE, from the National Association of Realtors. All you need to do is click on the link above to go to the login page for the course. Enter your NDRS number for the "User Name" and for the "Password" (this is the number on your membership card unless you already have logged in and created your own user name and password). Press "login" and you are off and running. You can take the course one module at a time or you can do the whole course in one sitting if you like. I did it and it was very easy. You will have to pass a test at the end. Upon passing the test, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your completion that will look like this:

Send a copy of the e-mail to your local Board of Realtors and you are all set. Please note, that at the current time, this online course cannot be used as part of your 12 hour CE requirement for license renewal.
